FOUNDER OF GARDENIA COUNSELING

Hi, I’m Diana, founder of Gardenia Counseling in Katy, Texas.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, former teacher, and mom, I’m deeply invested in my clients' emotional well-being. My goal in counseling is to help individuals of all ages build the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self compassion.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how overwhelming anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, anger, or the pressures of school, work, and relationships can feel. Struggle is an inevitable part of being human—but it doesn’t define us. I believe that when we allow ourselves to face those moments, we uncover our strength and capacity for growth.

I’m passionate about walking alongside children, teens, adults, and families during these seasons of challenge—helping them find hope amidst the struggle. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

Hi there, I’m Kathryn! As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 19 years of experience.

I find deep purpose in walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through seasons of uncertainty and growth. My approach is client-centered and collaborative – I believe that therapy works best when we work together. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to take an active role in your own healing.

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), Autism, ADHD, and related conditions. I take pride in adapting therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring that care is truly individualized.

Your long-term happiness and sense of balance are important to me. I believe imperfections are not inadequacies, but reminders that we’re all in this together. Building trust and authentic connection is at the heart of my work – and I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

Hi, I’m Linda.

I’m passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and families build the confidence and tools they need to navigate life’s daily challenges.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.

Before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I worked as a special education teacher and school counselor, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of the emotional, academic, and social pressures young people face. I bring that perspective into my counseling work by approaching each client with empathy, patience, and collaboration.

Whether we’re addressing anxiety, behavioral concerns, academic stress, or family communication, I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and helps you build on your strengths.

I view counseling as a journey of discovery and growth – one where you don’t have to walk alone. I’m here to help you and your family find clarity, confidence, and lasting resilience.
