Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Our therapists are in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare.
Because our practice maintains a balance between insurance and private-pay clients, we offer a limited number of appointment slots for insurance sessions. This helps us ensure availability and flexibility for all clients.
Gardenia Counseling works with Headway, and they manage billing, copays, and eligibility verification directly, making the process simple and stress-free.
If no insurance slots are currently open, you’re welcome to join our waitlist or begin as a private-pay client.

What if you don’t take my insurance?
If we’re not in-network with your plan, you can see us as a self-pay client. We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
What are your session rates?
Our standard private-pay rate is $150 per session. This fee covers individualized therapeutic care tailored to your goals and needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payments are processed automatically through SimplePractice or Headway after each session.
