What types of concerns do you help with?
We see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, grief, self-esteem, OCD, anger management, self-harm, and other related conditions.
What approaches do you use?
We use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — tailored to your needs and goals.
Do you offer EMDR therapy?
Yes. Diana Piquet, LPC, is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective, evidence-based approach for treating trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. EMDR helps clients process painful memories in a safe, structured way so they can move forward with greater calm, clarity, and resilience.
EMDR clients are seen as self-pay clients. We do not bill insurance for these sessions. If you’re interested in EMDR, let us know during your consultation
Do you work with couples or families?
Some of our therapists offer couples counseling. Please contact us for availability.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Absolutely! You can select a therapist when booking, and if at any point you feel a different fit may be better, we’ll help with a smooth transition. Get to know our therapist a little better by reviewing their bios and “Get to know me” videos.
